Leadership

Hans Brilleman, Managing Director of Steigos Solutions, brings over 40 years of experience delivering software and SAP implementations for global organizations including NTT, Accenture, Chevron, Siemens, and BMW.

His experience spans managing international teams across multiple continents, leading S/4HANA transformations, and designing enterprise solutions. He has worked across pharmaceutical GxP compliance, petroleum industry EDI automation, retail implementations, and banking systems, consistently delivering outcomes that drive business value.

At Steigos Solutions, Hans leads a practice focused on cost-effective Business Transformation solutions in the SAP ERP domain, with emphasis on S/4HANA implementation and RISE migration initiatives. The firm helps companies minimize costs when migrating to S/4HANA, especially those looking to manage this process without the overhead of large implementation partners.
